About Laurens Holve
Osteopathy and Acupuncture in North London and Woking, Surrey
I think it’s important to tell you a little bit about myself and my experience so you know you are coming to someone with a wealth of training and experience.
I have always had an interest in medicine. Initially I did a degree in Physiology at UCL in London and did think about training to be a doctor but I wanted to do something different and that’s when I got interested in Osteopathic Medicine. After graduating as an osteopath in 1984, I began treating patients and embarked on post graduate training in Acupuncture. In 1985 I studied Acupuncture at Colombo South General Hospital in Sri Lanka and in 1987 at the Renji Hospital in Shanghai China. I also did a stint at a Hospital in Bombay India. In the last 10 years I also qualified in Medical Acupuncture which enables me to incorporate different methods of treatment.
I set up my private practice in 1984 and now have 2 clinics in North London and Woking.
I regularly attend continuing professional development events which means that my skills and training are up to date so I can give you a clear diagnosis and get you the help you require for your condition as soon as possible.
